Illustrations

Drawing is more than just a hobby. It's a window into a form of imagination that takes what's in the mind and etches it onto paper.

I enjoy exploring a wide variety of subjects in my illustrative work, ranging from fantasy, science-fiction, to real life and the entertainment I enjoy.  Mastering a medium is a long journey and I choose to build my skills in as many mediums as possible to pick the best tool for each creative situation.  These galleries highlight my interests from both personal works and freelance commissions.

Portraiture

Portraits can immediately convey someone's personality with the approach taken. Depending on the subject of portraiture, my method uses plenty of different mediums to reach a finished product. Jumping between traditional media like gouache and ink all the way to vector illustrations.

Fan Art

Entertainment influences art. I personally enjoy horror, superheroes, anime and everything in between. This blend of influences creates highly kinetic work that draws from inspirations like Jack Kirby and Kentaro Miura.

Fantasy

Having grown up on the high fantasy works of The Legend of Zelda, Lord of the Rings and Berserk, I enjoy creating worlds set in a medieval time beyond reality. Particularly chronicling the exploits of a rabbit archer by the name of Eydis Engleman.
